AI models currently used

These are the underlying models currently configured for our drawing styles. The same Basic model is used for free and paid Basic drawings.

• Basic styles (Pencil Sketch, Line Art, Charcoal, Ink and Cartoon): FLUX 3 Image Klein (Black Forest Labs).
• HQ styles (Color Pencil, Watercolor and Pastel): Gemini Nano Banana 2.1 (Google).

We are an independent service. Naming a model does not imply endorsement by its developer. We will update this disclosure when the models used by the service change. Model providers apply their own processing policies, as explained in our privacy policy.

Using the service

You can make 3 free drawings a day. Free drawings are 1024px, carry a small watermark and are licensed for personal use only.

You must follow our AI Acceptable Use Policy when uploading photos, generating drawings and using the service. Do not use multiple accounts, scripts, browser identifiers or other methods to deliberately bypass daily free allowances, credit charges, safety checks or access restrictions.

Your uploads

You are responsible for having the rights to every photo you upload, including any people, artwork, logos or characters in it. We are not responsible for intellectual property, such as copyrighted or trademarked characters, contained in what you upload.

Paid credits and license

Credit packs are one-time purchases with no subscription or automatic renewal.

Payments are processed by Waffo as the merchant of record.

Drawings made with paid credits come with a commercial license: you may sell, publish, print and modify them. This license covers the drawing we produce; it does not give you rights in the photo or in anything shown in it.

Refunds

A credit pack can be refunded in full within 7 days of purchase, provided none of its credits have been used: email us from the address you bought with. Once any credit from a pack has been used, or after 7 days, the purchase is final. We do not give partial refunds. Failed drawings return their credits automatically and do not count as use. If you have credits from more than one pack, the oldest credits are used first. This does not affect any rights you have under applicable consumer law.

Violations, suspension and termination

If you upload prohibited content, infringe another person's rights, evade usage limits, commit fraud or otherwise materially violate these terms or our AI Acceptable Use Policy, we may refuse a request, warn you, restrict access, temporarily suspend an account or terminate access for serious or repeated abuse. We may delete offending files from our storage or disable their download links. Urgent restrictions may be applied without advance notice to protect people or comply with law.

We consider the available evidence, seriousness and repetition of the conduct. Where appropriate, we will explain an account restriction and allow you to request a review by emailing hello@imagetodrawing.com. We may also cooperate with lawful requests from competent authorities.

A restriction does not automatically erase unused paid credits. Refund requests remain subject to the Refunds section and applicable consumer rights. Credits already spent on completed drawings remain subject to the existing refund rule; failed drawings return their credits automatically. We do not charge a separate penalty for a policy violation.

No guarantees

AI drawings vary. We test each style before release, but we can’t promise a particular result for every photo. The service is provided as is.

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version.
